Some of you may remember when TV news departments used 16mm film rather than videotape, and the new technologies emerging today. I first started in the film business in 1968 working for Gordon Yoder; sawing the tops off brand new 16mm Auricon cameras and installing plates to hold 400 ft. magazines. When Gordon retired in 1978, I purchased his inventory and KENNEDY'S was established.

Through the years, KENNEDY’S has continued to serve the broadcast industry with a growing list of ENG/EFP support equipment. We now have an expanded inventory and can generally ship stock merchandise the same day. If there are items that we do not have in stock we can have them drop shipped to you for the fastest service possible. We have added staff to meet the needs of our customers. In 2002, Jay Wallace joined the company, bringing 20 years of valuable audio experience. Jay spent 11 seasons with the Dallas Cowboys Radio Network and over a decade with various television stations in Texas. Mike Stanley is our latest recruit, joining us in 2007 after 20 years behind the lens. For most of his career Mike worked as a Director of Photography, News Photographer, and Producer on projects for corporate marketing, training, television news, and network entertainment.
